WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU? 

I am a personal trainer based in Bristol with over 12 years of experience. I specialising in strength training and body composition transformations.


If you find yourself struggling to reach your goals and are not making any progress in the gym, then I am here  turn that around. I will design a bespoke programme to fit your lifestyle, and ensure we reach your goals within a set timeframe.  

I offer 1:1 personal training from my private gym in Whitchurch. I also offer an online coaching platform for those further afield. 

In addition to helping my clients build strength, I also offer 1:1 martial arts lessons. I have six black belts in various disciplines and offer martial arts coaching as a stand alone or as part of a hybrid strength and cardio routine.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable not only in JKD and the Filipino martial arts but in a host of others as well. He is able to explain things in a way that makes them both understandable and memorable, and tailors sessions to my specific goals so I'm not just working through a syllabus but developing the skills and attributes that give me the outcome I want - and having fun while I'm doing it!
